There will come soft rains

The Prom "There will come soft rains" written by Sara Teasdale submitted at January 03, 2003 is about  the future after a nuclear war.
The situation is, that there are no people anymore, just animals. And the animals have a good time, she writes how the swallows circling around, how frogs singing at night and how robins will wear their feathery fire.
Everything is peaceful, and no one know about the time before, were people were still alive.
For me the prom is sad and hopeful together. Sad because all people have died, and hopeful because the world is better, and happier, and the animals have a good time.
My favorite lines for the hopeful part are "There will come soft rains and the smell of the grounds; and swallows circling with their shimmering sound" and for the sad part are "and spring herself, when she woke at dawn; would scarcely know that we were gone".

„Technology makes my life better“

Technology is very important for my life, because of the following reasons.

My first reason is that technology helps me to know about world news. I think it is very important to know what happens and what is going on in my own country and other countries, too. And technology makes this feasible. You can look on the internet whenever you want to for the news, or frequently on TV. You don’t need other people to tell you the news. 

Second, I can be spontaneous and independent. If I would like to go into the city, I don’t have to walk or to wait for a stagrcoach, because I can go by bus or by car, and don’t have to worry about the weather. I don’t have to wait for my mum to ask her whether she needs something if I want to go into the next town to shop or to the supermarket, because I can write her a message. And for me these two qualities, spontaneity and independence, are very important. 

But the most important reason for me is that I can call my friends whenever I would like to. That means that we can stay in contact all the time, and we can support each other or just talk. This is a really great effect because for me my friends are really important. Also I can send pictures or videos with my smartphone. It’s mostly really fun, and if I am sad and I write to my friends, I feel better.

"Is technology important in your life?"

For me is some technology very important. For example my smartphone. It helps me to be more spontaneously and independently. And this is very great for me.

Also a smartphone makes you more safe, because if something happens you can call somebody. 

But the most important reason for me is, that I can call my friends and my family whenever I would like to. With a smartphone it is easy to stay in contact. 

But I think there are some things of technology we not really need. For example a TV. Sometimes it is really relaxed to have a TV, but if there were no TV, we would maybe go out and sit in the sun for relaxing, and this is much better for us. 

So for me the TV is not that much important, most of the time i don't have one, and I'm happy about that! 

Finally I would say, for me is some of the technology very important, but I think we have to much of this. Sometimes I think all the technology distract me from more important things. 

But nevertheless I love my technology.

Milky Chance

My favorite musician is Milky Chance. He is a young German musician, but his songs are in English. His music are classic and pop music together. When he is singing, he is also playing guitar.

I like his music very much, because his songs have character, they are saying something. He is singing with so many feelings, and you can see a sense in his texts.
Most of his songs are sad songs, probably he is singing about his own feelings. When I am hearing his music, I can stop thinking about too many things. I can relax and I am feeling better. I enjoy his music.

Another reason why I like him is, that he is singing because he loves singing, it's not because of the money.
I really have a lot of respect for him and his work, for singing like this about his feelings!

Adventure

Adventure

I would like to do skydiving, because if you jump out of the plane you can see so much and you can have a big view. It must be wonderful to fall in free fall.
I think, when you're jumping you feeling free.
Another reason, why I would like to do skydiving is that I love it to feel exited and terrified at the same time.
I hope i will do skydiving some time!
